Seriously hate just about everything right now.

Not typically an angry person, but I’m fucking pissed.

To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.

This is Gary. He’s from Iowa. He asked me for 50 cents while I was sitting in my van nomming on chicken. I gave him a $5 bill for food but KFC wouldn’t let him in. So I hollered at him to come back over to where I was and get in the van. I took him through the drive through. We talked in the car for maybe 15 minutes. He’s been to every single state, he used to be a carpenter in Colorado springs building log homes then he moved to Vegas and things went down hill. He got into alcohol it seems like and porn. He has 5 grand kids and a son back home. He goes to church every Sunday, he tattooed himself (which it looked pretty decent) and he was in the Vietnam war. He’s been shot and stabbed multiple times and pronounced dead once. His nick name is green beard. His sister back home is 91.

It’s amazing what you can learn just by talking to someone for a short amount of time and reaching out to them. If I hadn’t bought Gary a big dinner and some water he might have gone to bed with an empty stomach.

“people everywhere are so unfriendly, they’re angry about all this stuff. They aren’t happy campers.” - Gary

It’s so easy to reach out someone. This guy was only seeking 50 cents, people can do way more than throw 50 cents.

Not tooting my horn, just trying to follow up my talk with action.
